Before you write
Most scanning and playback questions are answered in the guides and the homepage troubleshooting section. If your message is about a specific album or file, telling us the file format and roughly how your music folders are organised helps us reproduce the problem on our own test library.
What we cannot do
We cannot supply music, recover deleted files from your phone, or change how the app itself behaves; feature requests belong with the Mornye Team's project community. What we can do is fix this site, clarify a guide and help you get listening again.
